By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on O My Syria (حلول عربية | مجموعة سوريا), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you represent an organization or commercial entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

O My Syria provides an Arabic-first multi-tenant cloud platform for intelligent customer support and workflow automation. Services include knowledge extraction and chunking, grounded retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddable web chat widgets, REST APIs, and native channel integrations (e.g. WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, OTP verifications, and confidential server API keys. Workspaces follow a strict least-privilege role hierarchy (Owner, Admin, Developer, Knowledge Manager, Member). The platform guarantees strict multi-tenant isolation via database row-level security (RLS).

The customer retains 100% full and exclusive intellectual property ownership over all uploaded knowledge bases, documents, catalogs, and conversation logs. O My Syria claims no ownership rights over customer data and operates strictly under a limited technical license necessary to embed, retrieve, and generate grounded answers.

Customers agree not to utilize the platform for unlawful activities, malicious content generation, circumvention of tenant isolation boundaries, reverse engineering, or fraudulent requests designed to exhaust resources or exceed established rate limits.

Our AI assistant utilizes retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) tied strictly to your uploaded documents, displaying citations and confidence metrics. While engineered for factual accuracy, AI outputs serve as operational assistance and do not constitute certified legal, medical, or financial advice. Seamless human handoff is provided for high-touch inquiries.

The platform is available through monthly Growth and Business plans, plus Enterprise contracts, with allowances for messages, storage, projects, and team seats. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. We reserve the right to revise pricing with at least 30 days prior notice.

O My Syria targets 99.9% uptime for core support services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, O My Syria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from force majeure, telecommunication failures, or upstream third-party service outages.

Customers may cancel their subscription or initiate permanent organization and project deletion (Hard Delete) at any time from the dashboard Danger Zone with OTP confirmation. Upon deletion, all associated knowledge files, vector embeddings, and conversation histories are permanently and irreversibly purged.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws applicable to Hamou Software Co. (registered with the Damascus Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Register: 96594). The commercial courts of Damascus, Syrian Arab Republic, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
